What is “Wholesaling?”
Wholesaling is a strategy for real estate investors where you find a bargain, then sell that bargain. A wholesale deal is any property you close on and resell to another investor. You leave money in the deal for the investor-buyer to make his or her own profit. Common example: you find a rundown property, negotiate with the owner, get it under contract, and assign the contract to a rehabber-buyer.
I live in Massachusetts; does this NH workshop still apply to me?
Yes. Not only have we held this workshop in Massachusetts three times before, but all of the forms and contracts you will receive have been carefully reviewed by MA attorneys and used in MA. Also, most of the principles taught apply to wholesaling in general.
What will I learn?

Why is it only $299-499?
This workshop is meant to be purely educational for the local wholesalers. We are active buyers who benefit from successful wholesalers in our network—not from charging exorbitant amounts of money for workshops. That price covers the costs and all the time put into preparing this workshop.
Will you cover “X, Y, Z”?
Nick spends the entire workshop covering as much as possible—see the agenda details here. Due to the small workshop environment, Nick is able to answer your specific questions that might not be fully discussed in the usual workshop. Remember, Saturday is not about listening to a lecture—it is meant to be a place where you truly comprehend the material and where topics are open to discussion.
What happens AFTER the workshop?
We understand that as you put everything you learned into use, some things come up that maybe you are unsure of or need support for. This is why each attendee is given a 30 minute post-workshop strategy session with Nick to be scheduled at a later time.
Are you selling another product on Saturday?
That would be a big NO. So, there is no big pitch to interfere with the content.
