2016

Robbie Reutzel, Esq. joins AARE as Director of Acquisitions and Liquidations and Director of Education for the Complete Dealflow System©.

AA Real Estate celebrates 10 years in operation.

2015

AA Real Estate completes their 150th real estate transaction.

AA Real Estate officially launches AA Real Estate Properties to manage their growing number of rentals in MA and PA.

AAREMentor resumes working with monthly consulting clients.

2014

Rapid Property Relief merges with Short Sale Mitigation and turns its focus to serving real estate agents, attorneys and homeowners in the short sale process.

AAREMentor takes a hiatus from live events and launches the Complete Dealflow System©, the complete guide for rehabbers and wholesalers to launch and maintain their business.

2013

AARE completes its first modular new construction project and becomes a certified modular homes dealer.

The AA Real Estate Group drops The from its name, officially becoming AA Real Estate Group, and moves its headquarters to Woburn, MA.

The Black Diamond Real Estate Investors expands Networking After Hours into the Worcester market, meeting the 3rd Tuesday of every month.

AAREMentor enrolls its 10th student.

2012

The AA Real Estate Group teams up with Ann Bellamy of Buy Now Hard Money, LLC and Julio E. Vega & Daniel Stroe of White Picket Fence, LLC to create a new networking group called Black Diamond Real Estate Investors.  Networking After Hours meets in Waltham, MA on the 4th Tuesday of every month.

AAREMentor Accountability Program, a 3-month intensive workshop for students to build and succeed in their real estate business, launches.

2011

AA Real Estate completes their 100th real estate transaction.

Nick Aalerud launches the AAREMentor Wholesaling for Profit Live Events and teaches over 200 students in the span of 3 events how to properly set up and run a real estate wholesale business.

Short Sale Mitigation’s blog becomes the #1 most visited short sale website in Massachusetts.

All AA Real Estate companies are now collectively known as The AA Real Estate Group.

AA Real Estate Partners fills the initial private investor subscription amount set in 2010.  New subscription opened for 2012.

Office location moved to Stoneham, MA.

Non-profit AAwesomekids.org formed in partnership with Jen Swartz, Annual Skydiving for Kids charity event launched.

Nick Aalerud is voted one of the Top 10 Real Estate Professionals in New Hampshire by Real Estate Investor magazine.

2010

Short Sale Mitigation is created and an in-house team assembled to negotiate short sales on behalf of agents, attorneys, and investors, with a focus on performance and communication.

AA Premier Properties opens as a ffull-service real estate brokerage firm, catering to investors, commercial buyers and sellers alike and acts as a home for moderately to experienced real estate agents in the Boston area.

2009

Rapid Property Relief, a short sale acquisition company, is created to help homeowners stop the foreclosure process.

Nick Aalerud begins educating local investors through speaking engagements at meetings of various local Real Estate Investment Associations (REIA).

2008

Julia Walsh joins AA Real Estate as the Marketing Director, and later VP of Acquisitions.

Nick Aalerud takes on his first mentorship student, who makes over $60k on her first deal.

2007

Rehabbing distressed properties becomes the primary focus of the business.

AA Real Estate Partners is born and the first investor signs on.

2006

Nick Aalerud becomes one of the most active wholesalers in the Greater Boston area.

Nick Aalerud completes his first rehab deal in Somerville, MA.

2005

Nick Aalerud forms AA Real Estate Enterprises, LLC.
