Multifamily Investors of New England events are held in Raymond, NH. Fix & Flip / Wholesaler Meetups are held at ongoing renovation projects throughout MA & NH so the location is always changing, please refer to the specific event for location details.
Speakers will present on topics of interest and will never be selling a product or service. In addition, attendees are welcome to bring real estate deals to buy or sell and to introduce themselves to the group but no investment opportunities such as syndications. SEC guidelines must be followed. Multi-level Marketing (MLM) is also not allowed. Thank you for understanding!
All of our events are open to the public, there are no subscription or membership fees. Online events and webinars are free. There is a small $10 entrance fee for REI Unleashed events in Burlington, to cover overhead costs.
All other events for the Fix & Flip and Multi-family Meetups are currently free to attend. When events are held at restaurants/venues, we do encourage you to support their business by purchasing dinner or drinks but it’s not required.
